PPI China 2009 - Innovating Future Trends

The PPI CHINA established itself as the number one exhibition focusing on the latest and most advanced processing and packaging technology in South China. With strong associational support, the 6th PPI CHINA 2009 is an influential marketplace for innovative products and technologies of market leaders as well as food, drink, and pharmaceutical manufacturers from all over the world.

With its division into four sub-fairs (PPI CHINA - Food, PPI CHINA - Drink, PPI CHINA - Meat, PPI CHINA - Pharmaceuticals), the 6th PPI CHINA 2009 will continue the exhibition' fast development. For 2009, it expects the participation of 400 exhibitors on a total exhibition area of 12, 000 sqm and more than 12,000 professional visitors at the China Import and Export Fair (Pazhou) Complex in Guangzhou. On the 2nd PPI CHINA InnovaTech Forum, experts from international research institutes, market-leading companies, and the industry-related press will present their insights. Food and pharmaceutical safety - the most important topics in China - will be featured in this conference.

At the PPI China 2008, 253 exhibitors from 13 countries exhibited their products and innovations on a net exhibition area of 6,315 sqm from May 19 - 21. Among them were many global players such as Sidel, HEUFT, Schneider, SIEMENS, ABB, P&S, Handtmann, IKA, igus, Videojet, NEWLONG, Guangzhou Light Industrial Machinery, Tech-Long, ASG, PLS, Lehui, PHARMA PACK, and E- STAR.

Concurrently to the exhibition, the first PPI CHINA 2008 InnovaTech Forum was held from May 19 - 20 with great success. Chinese and international experts from companies like Siemens, ABB, Sidel Group, and Schneider Electric presented insights into the technological innovations of international market leaders. The PPI Conference attracted an audience of more than 150 engineers from South China' food and drink industries.
